What's My Name?

Just when I thought I could not despise T-Mac anymore than I already do, I hear this:

"After the Jazz won game 4 to put the Rockets backs squarely to the wall, Mr. 4th Quarter (T-Mac), said in the post game press conference that he couldn’t remember how to pronounce D-Will’s name. “Is it Der-ron...Deron..What is it..”, Mr. 4th quarter proclaimed." (Source: http://www.1280kzn.com/)

Tracy, please! What are you doing? Is it not bad enough that you are one game away of losing, yet another, first round match up? Now you go and try to insult D-Will. You know his name Mc-Teary. You know it and I know it. We were there last year when he beat you in Game 7. And if your memory cannot go back that far, certainly you can remember this:

Sit down T-Mac. I'm not saying this series is in the bag. It's the Jazz, anything can happen. But when you are down 3-1 to a team that has shut you down, the last thing you want to do is light a fire under the one player that has dominated every game. Who knows though, us Jazz fans may thank you for it. Let's just wait and see.

Tracy is not the smartest dude, that we know, but somehow he keeps getting dumber. Shouldn't the Rockets ban him from the podium by now? I can't wait to see how that motivates Deron tomorrow night, a 35-15-5 game is not out of the question at this point. I want to personally thank Tracy for unleashing the beast and making me feel a lot better about a Jazz victory in game 5.

F-bombs x 1000000000 - Great, now I can't watch it. That really just ruined my week....well that and the Lakers sweeping Denver last night. Thanks for the love, you heartless folks responsible for playoff broadcast scheduling - you just lumped us into the Philly-Detroit and Orlando-Toronto group of losers.

And thanks for absolutely nothing Thuggets.

Man this really sucks a big one.

i honestly thought it was De-Ron.. i used to say deron but then someone told me it was De-ron and then i got corrected again so I just started calling him milk chocolate.

lol nice. Bernard. That works too.

I guess the other option is watch ESPN and see how they've been calling him "Darren" for the past two years.

The worst part is when the stadium announcer calls him De-Ron. Wait for the Rockets announcer to do that tonight. Can you imagine the fire that would put under our boy?

Our announcer is FANTASTIC at screwing up other players names, so that's more than likely what will happen tonight.

I'll be there live and in person, watching the good guys send it back to Utah for a Game 6.

Don't worry, T-Mac is already working on his exit strategy.....

How many times does he come up with an injury when things don't go his way...

Have fun tonight Lee. That's sweet you get to be there. Next time let me know and I would LOVE to come down there in Full Jazz gear.

You pay flight, hotel, steakhouse dinner, and other expenses....I'll buy my own ticket.

Throw is some sort of travelers insurance along with Maternity leave for my wife and I will be there as well Lee. Good luck and be careful. As Adleman and the rest of the Rockets have been crying about, we are a physical team so watch your back.
P.S. I heard T-Mac say he "was going to send a message."
Don't you generally want to send that message in the first game? Just curious.

Brock Kassing said...

Oh and I bet ESPN moved the game to NBA TV because we are Mormon. Racist bastards.

McGrady and Batter not at 100% tonight. Jazz by 6?

UofTOrange said...

Add Alston, Landry, and Jackson to your list of players not at 100% Scrum. Probably Jazz by 32 ;-)

I feel horrible we beat your team up so bad. Geeze. You know they have knee pads in the locker room, just pull em out and play.

Tracy's more of an air cast kind of guy! And every one of those injuries happened before the series. I'm all for a rough and tumble game, as long as it is called consistently. The problem lies in the fact that it is almost impossible to call a rough and tumble game consistently.
